I worked with Lee Anne and her team as a consultant for Magnet re-designation. I found Lee Anne to be fair, firm, fiscally responsible, and responsive. She was highly respected by her nursing leaders as verbalized by the individuals I came in contact with over the 2+ years that I spent working with the team. I greatly appreciated Lee Anne’s knowledge of nursing excellence and her passion and support to ensure her team exceeded expectations for patient outcomes, nursing research, and the patient experience. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Lee Anne again!

Lee Anne served on the Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Arkansas board of directors for six years. During this time, she also chaired the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile® Oversight Committee and co-chaired the Ronald McDonald House® Operations Committee, and served on the Governance Committee. As a champion for family-centered care, Lee Anne’s expertise was key in identifying pathways to advance our operational guidelines when providing support for families staying in the Ronald McDonald House. With the many challenges of cooperative living, particularly when the COVID-19 pandemic was declared in March 2020, her knowledge and guidance helped us navigate caring for families safely and smartly. Lee Anne also helped identify new partners and resources for the nonprofit while enhancing our existing healthcare alliances. She was always accessible to our leadership team, ensuring we had direct access to her 24/7/365. As a board member, she made her duties and philanthropy a top priority. Lee Anne’s generous legacy will continue to provide for families for decades when they need the Ronald McDonald House here in Little Rock. It was an honor to have her on the board, and to work with her.
