I took the product from raw material to shipping in this position. I ran up to 11 machines, making styrofoam cups and lids while doing regular periodic quality checks and then packaged and staged the finished product for shipping. I also trained new hires in this position. Attention to the finest details was important here as a pin hole would render the product useless. I went through a software and operations change with this company. This was an excellent learning experience. I took the product from raw material to shipping in this position. This is a retread manufacturing facility. Here I was the last quality checkpoint before shipping to our customers. I visually inspected the retread for defects, ensured the proper amount and consistency and pattern of cement was applied before packaging the tread for shipping. Ensuring the quality of the product here was paramount to everything else due to the high standards of this company and their dedication to their customers safety.
