I had the pleasure of working with Leeann for 3 years at Cartera Commerce. I was her manager as Director of Customer Service. She started as a representative and during the course of our time together, I was thrilled to promote her to Manager of Customer Service due to her hard work and dedication to our team. Leeann was a fantastic employee whom I relied on to help effectively run our customer service team. In my 4 month maternity leave, Leeann, alongside her manager counterpart, seamlessly and effectively took over and kept the ship running smoothly. All the feedback I received upon my return was that nobody would have known they were without their manager for that period of time, and that they executed and managed superbly. I think this is a great testament to her abilities and work ethic!

Leeann and I worked together at Cartera Commerce, and she reported to me when I managed the Customer Care group for about two years. Leeann is passionate about customer care, and is very invested in achieving great outcomes for customers while protecting the reputation and goodwill of the company. She brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm to her work, which is particularly important in a role that can be wearing with the daily volume of customer complaints and often elusive solutions. Leeann is a great team player and contributor, and values the success of the team over individual accolades. She looks for creative solutions and was good at thinking outside the box for ways to better serve our customers with legitimate issues, while also holding the line with those customers who tried to game the system. She always impressed me by actively seeking out constructive feedback from me, peers, and other managers across different functional areas in order to help her continue to develop and grow as a professional, and then taking steps to incorporate those suggestions into her approach. I would be happy to have Leeann on my team again in the future.
