Lloyd 'Casey' Jones, PMP

During my first project as a Project Manager, LeeAnn was a key member of our team. Her expertise and calm demeanor were key to our success during a short notice closeout of our delivery orders. Without her personal contributions aimed at streamlining our closeout procedure, the outcome would have been vastly different. Should I find myself building a development team in the future, I can only hope to have her on my team again.

Lynn Hatfield

LeeAnn is a conscientious, detail oriented individual. She is a pleasure to work with and always willing to provide assistance to co-workers. She is also a patient teacher when providing information in her areas of expertise to non-expert colleagues.

For over four years, worked on 3 projects: In the first project, called M&DC2, I served as the database architect and analyst for several projects for a “DARPA hard” project to research communications on the battlefield; processed nearly 1 terabyte of data and performed trend analysis for military analysts. Developed real-time visualization systems for military observers in simulated battle using humans-in-the-loop. Developed real-time visualization systems for military observers in simulated battle using humans-in-the-loop. For the 2nd project, I served as analyst and database architect for One-TESS, an Army live training system for Soldiers, using GPS position instead of laser bullets. I performed Conducted gap analysis for existing software compared to new requirements, and a trade study to select database for mobile devices. In the final project, I was the project manager for an emergency management simulation for The National Academies of Science, training senior personnel in using NIMS to respond to 12 national incidents defined by DHS. Designed the GUI and architecture for emergency simulation LMS and database back-end, as well as a tool for scenario development.
