Chris Kelly
I've worked with Lee Walker over the last 9 years in various guises at IG. Lee has been a calming and thoughtful influence and has become a well respected member of the team. He's recognised as the main point person for engineering solutions. He was worked in many disparate teams during his IG tenure and as such has amassed considerable knowledge due to his work for Nadex. He is equally adept at front or back end development as well as solution architecture. As well as his deep and wide technical knowledge, he also has the reciprocal understanding of the business and has been impressive intermediary between engineering and management. He's equally adept at explaining solutions to different types of audiences, whether that being engineering or to the business or external parties. He has excellent man-management skills and has often acted as a mentor to junior team members. I've always valued Lee's advice and have no hesitation in recommending for a new role or working with him in the future.

Very knowledgeable and highly skilled developer, really good member of the team to work alongside. I learnt a lot from the time we worked together.
