Under 18's Development Squad Manager
-
Jun 2016 - Present
In my role as the manager for the u18's for GAP Nomads I am responsible for leading the development phase of 16 & 17 year old's through training and game days within a Saturday league. The u18's have 5 contacts a week, with Strength & Conditioning, Tactical and Technical sessions as well as 2 games during the week. Wednesdays they are involved within a College's League as they are predominantly scholarship players and then Saturdays within a Regional League. I plan, deliver and evaluate sessions as well as take all aspects of the game day on a Saturday and evaluate performance Analysing training and games on our 3G pitch through video analysis programmes and feeding back to players to develop and tweak formations, patterns and overall play. Players under my tutelage have represented Wales, Welsh Colleges and the Gap Nomads first team. Show less
