Coordinate the movement of airplane shims and brackets through the various departments in the organization. These tasks are completed by maintaining schedules regarding production, progress, schedule and purchase order modifications, shipping information, backlogging and deadlines. Handle orders created for aerospace customers with Boeing being one of the primary clients. Review customer purchase orders and process subsequent contract changes to ensure orders are complete and accurate. Accurately search airplane part information and correcting any discrepancies within the operating system. Avid use of Microsoft excel to create weekly Customer Delivery Systems (CDS) which withholds valuable information in regards to customer shipping updates, quantities ordered, payment discrepancies and other internal factors. Responsible for the creation of daily pick lists for airplane parts based on the level of shipping importance. Monitors and modify assembled customer quantities based on need with heavy communication between myself and multiple shop leads.
