Lee excels at high-level organizational thinking, particularly in the non-profit realm. Both as an employee and as a consultant, she has often been my go-to person for help thinking through organizational challenges. Forever calm and measured in her responses, she is an invaluable presence and mind when attempting to cut through the multitude of complicated dynamics and considerations that come into play when ushering a non-profit or large campaign or project from a collection of ideas into an effective operation. She is also highly skilled at both identifying funding sources and writing grant proposals that accurately capture the true nature of the work. This is a very useful skill that I have generally found it difficult to come by. Lee is a true find who will bring great value to any organization that works with her.
