I worked with Lee Rascoe for nearly 6 years. During that time he was one of the managers to whom I reported and who ensured the efficiency and efficacy of our stage at Universal Studios Orlando Resort. Lee is a tremendous asset to any work environment. He is an incredible manager who is able to juggle and prioritize many and varied priority projects while engaging, listening, and being responsive to his staff and target audience. He is organized and resourceful and his work ethic is second to none. Furthermore Lee is approachable and personable making him an outstanding and effective communicator. I can attest to all of this through my personal experience with Lee. It was also evident countless times when he was pulled to other projects and assigned additional duties because he was so effective at his job. He often wore more than one hat at Universal and thrived in what could be a very stressful work environment taking care of those who worked under him while meeting and exceeding the expectations of both management and worker. I can think of no challenge that Lee would not savor to undertake and would happily work with him or for him any time. If you're reading this you should hire him, I highly recommend him.
