I am responsible for the performance of multiple businesses encompassing all commercial, operations and logistics activities. I am responsible for the safety and profitability performance of the businesses along with developing and executing the strategy.I lead Tarmacs readymix concrete business operating throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. In addition I have responsibility for Tarmacs Site Solutions business servicing our customers through a fleet of mobile batching plants targeting key projects throughout the UK. I am also responsible for the London and East of England Ace Minimix business. The three businesses produce a combined total of 300,000 cubic metres per annum and turns over circa £30m.
