I manage compliance training such as Induction, Annual Fire Training and Competition and Consumer, reviewing and managing injuries and claims to get the staff back to work, to assisting with site audits and WHS on a national level. I am also an accredited Mental Health First Aider and Fire Safety advisor. I am passionate about being supportive and working to get people back to work and building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver engaging training outcomes for regulatory purposes and making our sites a safe place to work.
