  Responsibilities: • Responsible for selling Advertising space in the Directory and online. • The cost of these Ads ranged from €25 to €20,000 with an average sale value of €2,000 • My target market consisted of a mix of SME and some corporate level clients in the Carlow, Kilkenny Waterford, Wexford and Kildare Regions. • Developed my own leads through cold calling, networking and referrals and secured at least 16 new sales appointments per week. • Worked successfully to sales targets of up to €150,000 per annum and was one of the top achievers in the Independent Directory. Main Achievements: • Promoted twice within one year from Sales Rep to Area Sales Manager of Carlow and Kilkenny
