Training and Development• Arrange and propose to HOD and staff for suitable training programmes provided by training providers.• Propose and execute team building and company trip.Performance Management, Rewards and Recognition• Prepare staff listing who are eligible for annual appraisal. • Prepare annual staff appraisal report after review with respective HOD. • Prepare bonus and increment proposal for management review and approval.
