      Overview: Reporting to the Pricing Manager, I have a key role in the development and delivery of the Pricing Strategy and associated financial metrics within the business. My role plays a crucial part of the business, and I am also tasked with collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand and define the price value architecture of product offerings as well as market and customer segment characteristics. I currently manage one of Hood Groups most high-profile brands to ensure that they remain competitive, fast moving, and achieving yearly budgets. My role is a Hybrid Working model and includes responsibilities such as: • Manipulate and analyse data to identify price optimisation opportunities. • Implement Price Changes in Magenta. • Actively support the team to understand root causes of pricing performance. • Works closely with the Product Executive to assist in determining the feasibility of new products with optimal pricing to maximise objectives. • Analyse and understand the competitive market landscape through regular bench-marking. • Assist the team in achieving high level business objectives. • Actively uses techniques such as data mining tools Tableau, to analyse trends, optimisation opportunities and reporting performance. • Review new Pricing Models such as Pricing Multiplication and Multi-Factor Pricing. • Work with the Data Analytic team through weekly meetings. • Help manage Relationships with high valued Brands through weekly meetings and produce weekly pricing analysis to review. • Understanding new pricing models such as Multiplication Pricing Model. • Deputies in the absence of my line manager Show less
