  Downers Grove resident since 1969.Became licensed Real Estate Agent in May,1989, Broker License in 2000, Managing Broker License in 2011. Previously at First United Real Estate, Downers Grove (1989/1991), Re/Max Elite, Darien (1991/2012)Prior to becoming a Realtor, I developed a love of aviation, and got my Private Pilot License, quickly followed by an Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot's license, then Certified Flight Instructor, along with a multi-engine rating. This background has helped immensely when working with pilots wanting to purchase a home in an aviation community , where they can keep their airplane in a hangar attached to their home, and use the private airstip for pleasure and for commuting to other areas on business.I have also been involved with a family-owned moving and storage company, and a design/build firm. I enjoy all facets of remodeling and design, especially counseling sellers on how to stage their home to show better and sell more quickly. Buyers appreciate my input on how and where to make changes in a home by redesigning the floor plan, or merely by tweeking the existing space.When clients entrust their real estate needs to me, they can be assured of my personal attention. I realize the importance of each and every transaction. I not only advise my clients, I listen to them! My greatest sense of accomplishment is when past clients refer me to their family and friends.
