Lee is a Director of Retail Operations who clearly has, and keeps, his finger firmly on the pulse. I've huge respect for Lee and the work he does for ITFC. Lee is a natural leader and well respected by everyone who has had the pleasure of working with him. in the two years that Touchretail have been supplying ITFC's retail solution, Lee is known throughout the Touchretail team for his attention to detail, dedication and generally being a nice guy that you want to work with, and deliver for. When Lee appreciates something, he happily recommends and shares this with others, always keen and happy to help others out. This 'giving back' attitude is one of the many traits that makes you want to do your very best for him. Can't recommend him highly enough, and I speak for us all at Touchretail.

In my capacity as project manager, I have worked with Lee on the relaunch of the ITFC web shop. From the first meeting, Lee has impressed as an engaged, conscientious and highly professional stakeholder. His vast experience in retail was immediately apparent and helped in getting the ambitious and time-critical web shop project off the ground. His passion for the football industry and to provide the best possible retail experience to fans was evident throughout the project. His approach was solution driven yet pragmatic when circumstances demanded. As my key day-to-day contact, Lee was great to communicate with due to his transparent and thorough approach and always making himself available for meetings and calls. It has been a pleasure to work with Lee and I wish him and his team continued success.
