  I currently manage a team of drivers both class 1 and class 2 and I am responsible for the daily planning of all jobs. This includes all deliveries of skips, roll on containers and bulk waste movements across the Liverpool and Warrington areas. We are now spreading our REL section into the CH area post codes. Also I am responsible for all customer services within the company including and not restricted to all bookings of waste movements but also weighbridge enquiries and manage the weighbridge team. Also I look after all IT issues within the WSR branch of the larger business. Along side this I am standing Transport Manager when the TM is absent through either holiday or sicknessI am also responsible for ensuring that prices are updated in the in-house system in order to reduce the amount of customer queries holding up payments. Each morning I produce numerous amounts of reports which are then fed back to the site general manager, UK Operations director and MD of the company. Alongside all of this I monitor all containers that are on sites to ensure the company is maximising profit from all containers on sites. Show less

  I am currently responsible for the planning of 97 units and over 150 drivers delivering to over 300 Tesco stores in the North West. This includes making sure that drivers WTD is within the legal limit and all hours are logged correctly, as well as ensuring that all KPI's are met for both ESL and the customer.

My main responsibilities were ensuring that the loading and dispatch module were up to date, that there was a constant flow of communication with the customer both on site and at stores.Ensuring that all onsite costs for office staff and the shunt teams was up to date and that shunt teams holidays and sickness was recorded accurately.
