Bio
Steve Sedano
A friend of mine and I started a logistics company in the June of 2019. We haven’t hit our one year anniversary and I currently lead 167 employees. By the end of August 2020, I will lead over 200 employees. I attribute the vast majority of my success to one crucial skill that I learned from Lee, people management. When I was working with ÉLEVER, time after time Lee would talk to a client, talent, sponsor, agent that was upset in the beginning but after a few minutes of delegation everything would become better than okay. When we were working on James Bond No Time To Die, I was amazed at how seasoned executives would constantly look to Lee for guidance.
