I have worked with Lee on a recent AWS Cloud transformation POC. He came on board with no background in Cloud and has worked so hard to work through the AWS A Cloud Guru qualifications. Lee has been learning on the job, using his new found knowledge to really take a lead in his area on standing up our Proof of concept. Lee is a great member of our sprint team. Always ready to tackle new challenges and support team members whenever asked. I look forward to working with him in the future and be bas been a real asset to our team!

I worked with Lee at Capgemini while I was a junior member of the application support team. Lee was always very knowledgable of the technologies we supported, and shared this knowledge well. We worked together on a managed file transfer system utilising FTPS, PGP encryption and Connect:Direct. This work included managing the operational systems and carrying out changes by being involved in the development, testing and implementation. Lee has a way explaining the subject down to a granular level to others who don’t have the same level of experience. This is invaluable to other technical colleagues as well as management who need to quickly have overviews of issues in times of service incidents. I’ll always remember the time Lee took to help me set out on my career in IT and we became good friends because of this.
