  During my time at Elecsys, I performed a wide variety of duties and tasks. My main responsibility was to convert exciting test procedure documents to the currently used format, while concurrently creating new documents for new PCBs and developed products. Meanwhile, I would assist the Engineering Staff with project design development and prototyping. This could range from; installing and testing new theories and designs in the field or troubleshooting test jig fixtures, down to machining enclosures for product mock-ups. Honeywell Aerospace Electronic Systems

  While I was part of the NGR/AESU Test Team at Honeywell Aerospace Electronic Systems, I performed software test procedures through program emulation on several of the Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA’s). These comprise of the AESU customer module unit, which is part of the AESS, utilized by the Airbus-A350/A380 aircraft. This includes; diagnostics, troubleshooting, service and repair of Embedded Systems and their related hardware. Stress test performance is measured through the HASS chamber, used for simulating extreme environmental conditions. Labor time and tracking progress of the testing stage metrics are updated through the Aero SAP database system. Though my primary area of responsibility is at the AESU test bench, I was also involved with RF test procedures for the CCA’s through the Faraday Cage test chamber. Show less

  While I occupied the position of; QCE, I performed quality control duties for three specific lines of A1-c (blood glucose) analyzing equipment. My primary responsibility was to evaluate “ALL” vendor manufactured parts and module assemblies and then to generate necessary technical test procedure documents (S.O.P. / S.T.P.), for these items. This included, but not limited to; parts and equipment performance evaluation, troubleshooting, and diagnostics. I assisted the engineering team on product dimensions and evaluation techniques of current and new prototype designs and performance test procedures.
