  I work with businesses and individuals to help transform lives and performance. I assess the clients'​ needs, understand the requirements, and put in place an action a plan, to get them where they want to be. In my spare time I have been studying Psychology and what makes people "tick"​. In my previous career as an anti fraud claims inspector, I found I had an ability to communicate with people. I was able use this skill to extract information from the claimant that no-one else could. This lead me to study techniques to influence peoples behaviour. As I progressed with my studies they crossed over with my profession and I was able to use these skills to the benefit of my employer. I am one of a very few number of people in the country that has gathered evidence which has resulted in successful criminal convictions. I now using these skills to help people and businesses in developing their own expertise and increase performance. I am a YB12 accredited coach and have experience working with clients' on a one to one basis. I can now do Hypnosis (be warned!) as fully trained. Currently studying for Hay House accreditation.
