  Lee is a hydrogeologist and hydrologist whose expertise covers the practical, technical and regulatory aspects of groundwater and surface water systems specialising in surface water/groundwater interaction. Lee has a unique mixture of experience and skills from having several years’ practical construction supervision and management in the construction industry, to academic excellence to over 17 years of numerical analysis and design in consulting. Lee's key skill is in numerical analysis coupled with practical problem solving. Lee currently heads the Envireau Water Surface Water Group covering flood risk assessment and modelling; flood mitigation and management; SuDS and drainage assessment, design and modelling; GIS-based catchment hydrology; river flow monitoring; hydrological/hydrogeological analysis; water resource assessment and management; yield assessment of river and reservoir systems; low flows; flow regime analysis and interaction with aquatic habitats; hydrological rainfall-runoff and hydraulic groundwater/river flow interactions; hydrogeological and hydrological impact assessment; waste water treatment; and quarrying water management. Furthermore, Lee supports Envireau Water’s expert witness team, having attained the Cardiff University Law School/Bond Solon expert witness certificate. Envireau Water provides expert guidance on the management and regulation of natural water systems, with a reputation underpinned by 20 years of experience.
