Part of a small team who worked on a concept retail proposition (Project Padua). Opened 3 pilot stores in Tamworth, New Malden and Swansea. Directly involved in the product rationalisation and introduction of new products. Reduced SKU's from 8000 to 3000. Also heavily involved in the implementation of new communication style throughout stores. Part of the Resourcing Team that were tasked with securing £170m worth of Kitchen and Bedroom Products for the new stand alone MFI. Assisted with the product rationalisation and product development, also had the lead role in resourcing the complete worktop, handles and accessory collection. At the same time I was part of a small team that successfully launched 6 new kitchen ranges and 5 bedroom ranges. Show less
