In this role I reported to General Manager of the Retail Distribution. I was responsible for driving development and implementation of appropriate business procedures, strategies, systems, controls, governance frameworks and policies to ensure best practice business operations, operational risk management and full compliance with industry and regulatory standards, as it pertains to Retail Distribution and partners (advisers and/or licensees). Lead MLCL’s Key Institutional and Mid-Tier Account Management Strategy, working with major Licensee clients to ensure MLCL is represented on their APLs In this role I was responsible for managing the Licensee engagement team and providing them with support and guidance in ensuring they are successful in executing our institutional and mid-tier account strategy, and was accountable for developing, implementing and managing initiatives to achieve licensee outcomes against defined metrics.
