  I am the Treasury departments Manager of Straight Through Processing team. Responsible for creating bespoke technical solutions using various tools (scripting, databases and off the shelf data storage / manipulation products) to automate manual tasks. Since joining Capita I have been responsible for creating several automated processes to improve productivity. Created solutions to stream line the below processes; Payments/Funding Account Opening/Closing Trust Letter creation for FCA and Non FCA regulatory accounts. Created various reports to aid with MI and KPI reporting. Created various Excel Spreadsheets inc VBA macros to help with automation of manual BAU processes. Set up and Maintained the reconciliation software solution: Account structure Reconciliation Rules for auto matching transactions Batch script to automate loading of Bank Transaction files and running the Reconciliation Rules Constructed reports within the Reconciliation software using SQL to assisted the reconciliation processes Created various solutions for other areas of the Business to assist there BAU processes.
