Assisted Living Administrator Founding Executive Director responsible for budgetary, corporate and regulatory compliance in every area of this nine million dollar facility. Directed staff of sixty-seventy with census of seventy-four. Opened and stabilized this distressed facility that had failed to open for two years prior to my arrival. I became the Executive Director since shortly after opening through the end of 2010. Increased sales from $0 million to $2.9 million. Upon my departure, the facility was 100% occupied with a waiting list. 2008 Sunwest Management Regional VIP Award Winner for operations excellence. In the fall of 2009, Emeritus bought the community from Sunwest Management. I continued one year in my role as Executive Director before relocating to the Memphis, TN area. Show less
