When I first joined Linens N Things 7 years ago I kept hearing about Lee Ann. Anytime there was something good to be said it almost always had Lee Ann connected to it. Soon after, Lee Ann was transferred into a district in Florida that was in turmoil. Lee Ann's impact was felt right away, and within just a few weeks things began to turn around. Don't get me wrong, the total transformation of this district did not happen over night, but through Lee Ann's hard work and her ability to get the most out of her people, Lee Ann was able to turn around a bad performing district into one of the top districts within the entire chain. Each experience with Lee Ann was amazing. Her reputation within our company remains superb as she has moved on to other positions within the company.
