Bio
Patrick Kobly, CISSP
Lee has proven to be a phenomenal Group CTO. He's shepherded MYJAR through some challenging times of change and growth and has always maintained his focus on strong technical solutions for difficult business problems. While faced with shifting priorities and business directions, Lee has retained a strong strategic focus - keeping MYJAR's technological solutions moving forward. There are very few people I would follow anywhere. Lee is one of them.
Jacob A.
Lee is the best. I repeat; the best. He joined MYJAR during a disastrous situation with a crashing legacy system and a toxic culture, and dedicated a huge amount of time and effort to totally reinventing our system and our culture. Under his watchful eye, we celebrated win after win, and the success cross-pollinated throughout our whole organization. We couldn't have done it without the right leader, and Lee is that guy. He also goes well beyond the scope of his role - without hesitation - to make sure everything that must be done gets done. How he's able to make time for all this, I wish I knew, but somehow he finds a way. Within the environment that he's cultivated, my colleagues and I were able to grow and do really great stuff together - and this is a far greater legacy for Lee to leave behind than what he inherited. TL;DR If you get an opportunity to work with Lee, I insist that it would be completely foolish to pass it up.
