Straightaway, Peter got out of the boat, into the water, and started walking on water to meet Jesus; a remarkable miracle! However, as Peter approached Jesus, the wind-wave interactions became boisterous, and Peter became distracted, and began to sink (Matthew 14:30 NKJV). He walked on the water as long as his attention was on the Master, but things changed when he shifted his focus on the prevailing circumstances. Stay your mind on the Word always; look away from the challenge, the difficulty, unto Jesus, the living Word, and He'll keep you in perfect peace; the peace of divine rights: divine providence, divine victory, divine health, divine wealth, divine prosperity, divine favor, divine excellence, divine success, etc. Hallelujah!
