Leatha and I worked together at Senior Star from 2012 to 2016. I always knew Leatha to be very professional and to always have the client's true interest as her #1 priority. Leatha is willing to go the extra mile for her seniors and truly loves them. Outside of her normal work schedule, Leatha has helped me personally with my elderly parents and has done a phenomenal job in helping us to find the right care for them. I left the company in 2016, but Leatha and I continue to work together in helping seniors transition from their personal homes into the senior community. She is truly a joy to work with her. I can't recommend Leatha highly enough--she's the best!

Everyone should have Leatha Pierce as his advocate. Leatha and I met in 2008 when she and I worked together on an annual fundraiser for LIFE Senior Services. She was a delight with which to work, she cared about the project and she did her job well. When my husband’s mother decided to move to Tulsa in 2010, she chose to live at Burgundy Place, where Leatha works as the C R Director. Leatha has been a treasure for my mother-in-law and for my husband. She knows each of the residents and their families, she genuinely cares about each of them and she is attentive to their needs and wants. Her knowledge, compassion and professionalism are of the highest level. Everyday, Leatha is making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families in Northeast Oklahoma, for which my family is most grateful.
