In 2017 Leasle joined my team to play a key role in a growing completions team with a difficult task ahead on a very complex project. Within a couple of days I knew Leasle was the right person for the Completions Coordinator role and would play a critical role in helping reach our on time project completions and handover targets. Leasle is a hard working and resilient team member who strives to consistently improve on her performance and also helped encourage the rest of the team to strive for better. Leasle, in short, was an asset to my team from day one and would highly recommend her, hopefully we will work again together in the future.

I came to know Leasle on Queensland’s APLNG Oil & Gas project. At which time I was her peer and then later that year, her direct Manager. Since then I have had the pleasure of working with Leasle on several of Australia`s Largest Hydrocarbon Projects. Leasle distinguished herself as a crucial team member with her research ability and coordination skillset. I was particularly impressed by her ability to handle even the toughest of clients - effortlessly. That skill often takes years to develop, but it seems to come perfectly naturally to her. Leasle is highly intelligent and has an incredible analytical and problem-solving mind. The Engineering practices she performed onsite demonstrated her ability to ascertain a detailed understanding of the practices needed in a highly pressurised construction and engineering environment. Leasle is an excellent communicator – She demonstrated her oral articulateness in the discussions that were integral to the Handover process between Contractor and Client. At a personal level, Leasle is well-disciplined and industrious with a pleasant personality. She went well beyond the position requirements in the quantity and quality of all projects we have worked on, putting in a lot of extra work and attending out of office hours. Throughout the course of her employment, Leasle demonstrated great perseverance and initiative. Not only was she interested in and motivated to learn the material, but she also put great work into assimilating it to her own experience and developing her own ideas about each topic that was discussed. She has proven herself to have the perseverance, initiative, and intellectual creativity necessary to be an effective leader, along with her undeniable talent, Leasle has always been an absolute joy to work with. She is a true team player, and always manages to foster positive discussions and bring the best out of other employees. Paul Wong BSc.CM (Hons), MSc.CPM, LLM
