Full life-cycle recruitment of a total of 40-50 administrative, human resources, management and other various positions for the DHHS, Army, Navy, DOJ, DHS and the Census Bureau. Managed a team of 5 administrators in the day to day operations of the Loss Control (LC) Department. Managed 6 rental branches with total gross revenue of $4.5M which consisted of an average of 40 employees. Reduced branches’ reserves by $7-$12 per car and the branches’ uninsured losses by $3-$5 per car which increased management’s salaries and company’s bottom line. Decreased LC department claim load by 60% in 18 months and collected 90(+) day receivables which totaled $350K in 6 months. Collected over $20K in “additional fees” during claims collection process.
