I had the pleasure of working with LeAnn at DrillingInfo and would highly recommend her to any of her future employers. She is consistent, loyal, diligent and always puts employees first. On top of this, she is one of the very best listeners I've ever had the opportunity to work with. In her role as VP of Human Resources, this is a quality that could not be understated. It's no coincidence that LeAnn has so many recommendations on LinkedIn. I consider myself fortunate to have been able to work with her.

LeAnn is one of the most professional and compassionate people I know. She managed all aspects of HR for our company, but always made me feel like my questions or issues were her top priority. Not only did she treat me with genuine kindness, but she always showed the same respect to my family. We sure do miss her.

The Strategic Human Resource Forum was founded (SHRF) in late 2008 by LeAnn Jeter and Trey Halbert. Strategic Human Resource Forum Mission Statement Provide a platform for HR professionals to collaborate and share information on strategic initiatives, resources, talents, innovative ideas, and progressive concepts. Promoting the HR profession by demonstrating the HR department as a profit center. Vision Build a forward-thinking team to transform and modernize HR practices to deliver strategic resources to members. Membership is FREE, and the benefits are invaluable thanks to ExperINS. We have regularly scheduled lunch meetings. Each meeting begins with a great speaker discussing topics relevant to us as HR professionals and leaders. After the speaker's presentation, we politely ask the speaker to leave so we can begin our private and confidential meeting. It is a Q&A session led by member questions. There is always something new to be learned during these sessions. One of the significant benefits of our group is being able to use each other as a resource. Members can quickly respond emailed questions and share experience/expertise or may want to follow the discussion to learn more about the subject. Membership: All practicing HR professionals are eligible to become members. Membership is not open to HR vendors. Member Responsibilities: • Members agree to abide by confidentiality, mutual support, and respect. • Actively participate in bi-monthly meetings. Speak up and contribute your thoughts. • Recruit new members by inviting qualified HR professionals to apply for membership.
