  As the leader of the Centennial for Beebe Healthcare, I was in charge of the strategic planning, all project management, budget allocation and management, marketing, special projects and staff/volunteers management and role assignments - among many other jobs and responsibilities. Throughout this year-long celebration in 2016 I lead more than 300 volunteers and staff, combined, to honor the mission of Beebe Healthcare through this milestone opportunity. Divisions of the planning which were strategically developed were: History, Education, Events, Team Member Engagement, Community Engagement, Special Projects and Marketing (each with their own many goals/projects). Under all of these umbrellas of focus and planning, below are only SOME of the major projects/events that were planned and successfully executed to create a valuable staff, community and donor experience for the 100th Anniversary year to celebrate Beebe. - History Coffee Table Book and Film of Oral History - Historical Exhibit with Grand Opening Event - Children's Book (both in English and Spanish) - Cookbook - Historic Marker with Kick-off Event - 2-day Fall Festival - Parade Float (participated in parades in 2015 and 2016 throughout Sussex County) - Flash Mob of team members/staff - Online Store of 100th Anniversary Merchandise and Commemorative Items - Rock Your Life! Educational & Inspiring Lecture Series (at various locations throughout the county with guest speakers) - School Initiatives including: School book readings, high school essay contest with scholarships awards and Beebe main campus tours with high school students - Many marketing initiatives including centennial TV commercials, Billboards, radio interviews, print and web ads and promos, staff trivia nights etc. - Many special projects including partnerships with local businesses to celebrate, framing of book pages to provide artwork for the halls of the hospital, promoting at community events etc. - Time Capsule Ceremony as Closing Event
