In this role, I provided consulting services to Executive and Senior Management and devised innovative learning and development solutions. I designed and delivered a suite of award-winning modules in managing performance under a new federal unfair dismissals regime and discrimination and harassment training which were key deliverables in a culture shakeup at the Bank following Australia's biggest case of gender discrimination until the uproar involving Kristy Fraser-Kirk and David Jones. In this role, I provided consulting services to Executive and Senior Management and devised innovative learning and development solutions.
