I've had the pleasure of working with Leanne beginning in September 2018. It was immediately evident to me that Leanne is the consummate produce salesperson. Her produce knowledge is deep and wide-ranging. This gives her customers confidence in working with her and I've seen time and time again how her excellent customer service has smoothed any issues or concerns with customers. She has an incredible work ethic and stays with the job each day until the work is done. She is one of those produce people that seems to be available 24/7 to help customers with any emergencies, late shipments, worried clients or whatever issues pop up regardless of the time of day. In the office, she's really fun to work with and is a bright spot for her colleagues. I highly recommend Leanne. If I had my own company I would hire her in a heartbeat.

The Scarlet Sage is a retail apothecary in San Francisco, CA, specializing in supplements and bulk western herbs. I began at The Scarlet Sage with limited herbal medicine knowledge as a sales associate, and advanced to become a community herbalist. At The Scarlet Sage I was responsible for inventory control management, store merchandising, order receiving, and direct sales of well over 1,000 health and wellness products. I was responsible for knowing each product in depth, understanding its correct usage and dose. I regularly attended health industry product trainings, staying on top of the latest trends, studies, and herbal knowledge. I took great care to support each customer in finding the product which would serve them best. I gave in depth customer health consultations on a wide range of issues to a very diverse clientele. This job required a high level of communication and customer service skills, as well as being able to attentively listen and multitask in a fast paced, high sales environment. Show less
