Externally, I design and deliver market research projects for client organisations, handling everything from research design through to data collection and analysis and report writing and delivery, I joined Ipsos MRBI during a very difficult time for the industry and I overcame many challenges related to tight budgets and an extremely competitive business environment. Successes include: - Designing and implementing a new mystery shopping business line that went on to become the cornerstone of our portfolio with a key client. - Spearheading company-wide software and hardware roll-outs. - Designing and delivering research that allowed one client to improve their service offering to such an extent that they came top of an industry poll for customer satisfaction. - Cutting a department's administrative spend on a project by 75% with process analysis and improvement. - Finding common ground and reaching consensus in the face of complex client briefs and strongly opinionated stakeholder groups. - Liaising with staff and external stakeholders to devise and enact PEEP plans

I took this role at a very busy time for the Irish industry and successfully helped coordinate the award-winning 2016 general election exit-poll campaign. Key successes included custom built spreadsheets which automated processes and saved considerable admin time across multiple departments including productivity trackers and spreadsheets to optimise resource allocation.
