Leanne is quite simply one of the smartest, most capable, most strategic and 'easiest' consultants I have ever had the pleasure to work with, which is a big reason why I have contracted with her across three different organizations: The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), Mentored and now ReadWorks. In each of these settings, I have asked her to be involved in different tasks, though they have all been of the strategic / high-level variety, and she has always taken care of what was asked of her and more and done so on-time. Even beyond the task at hand, however, Leanne has become an almost immediate thought-partner who I have relied on time after time to help me steer the organization, figure out the right lanes for staff, participate in hiring, and communicate new directions and initiatives. There is no one who I trust more to help think through the options and come up with a sensible plan with a high-degree of likelihood of success.
