      I planned and distributed all import/export trailers importing from Scandanavia and exporting from 4 UK ports, plus five regional depots. I arranged pick ups of all groupage from depots. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS* Reduced empty mileage running.* Prevented delays by procuring subcontractors, hauliers and mechanicals local to each dock in order to eliminate loading and maintenance issues as trailers came off docks.* Improved shipment success rate to 100% through proactive problem solving.
