Project Manager
-
Aug 2018 - Oct 2021
The past two and a half years have been exciting and challenging as a Project Manager for Telstra Health. I have successfully led and delivered a number of projects within both public and private hospitals all around Australia. These projects have included the implementation of Patient Flow Manager into Epworth Freemasons and Metro North STARS a new rehabilitation facility in Queensland, as well as completing a number of hospital wide solution upgrades to the largest health services in Australia and the successful implementation of a Proof of Concept solution that combined three systems previously not integrated. Pre Sales Consultant
-
Aug 2017 - Oct 2021
The step into the Pre-Sales Consultant role at Telstra Health provided me with a great entry into the world of healthcare IT from the vendor side. I was able to develop relationships with customers and internally within Telstra Health. My main focus of this role was to support the National Sales Manager and the new Sales Team for Telstra Health Hospitals as they became familiar with not only the whole suite of products that Telstra Health has to offer but also the processes for sales, implementation and account management.
