Create and track all reports for the Accident Reporting System, work with both State Insurance Fund and Workers Compensation Board regarding all claims. Communicate with physicians regarding paperwork that is needed. •Track and upkeep database regarding FMLA and Alternate Duty Program. •Work closely with all Group Directors and Managers within the Region as well as Main Office regarding any issues that may arise.
