Additionally created policies involving Overtime and Time off for Medical Appointments. Also responsible for collating any PAYE information, e.g. absence deductions, salary alterations, leaver deductions and final pay etc. Ensuring all relevant staff have had DBS checks & First Aid Training, if not, organising for this to be completed A.S.A.P. Bi-Annually ensuring that all employee files are complete with correct details & that training courses/certificates have not expired.
