  Azora is a national lender originating loans in all Australian States and Territories. The company operates under a Registered Mortgage Backed Securities structure (RMBS) and has originated over $1.5 billion in nonconforming home loans since it commenced operations in 2007. Over time, Azora have expanded our product offerings to include Home Loans, Car Loans, Personal Loans and Asset Finance.I am responsible for our Origination, Settlement, Servicing & Collections teams and manage all aspects of Compliance. I am one of the founding members of the executive management team and have ongoing involvement in drafting and testing of credit policy and procedures, development and maintenance of our Origination and Servicing platform systems and have played a key role in development of our Secured Personal Loan and Second Mortgage products. I am the Responsible Manager of our Australian Credit Licences for both the Home Loan andPersonal Loan businesses which cover both "credit providers" and "credit assistance providers" authorisations.
