Whilst I worked at Chorley Council, I was provided with training which was delivered by Leanne over a period of time. Training focused on Council Tax and the legislation which surrounds it; and also on the use of Academy and Information@Work systems. Leanne also helped develop my Customer Service skills through her many years of experience within Customer Service. Training was delivered in an excellent manner; with patience, empathy and excellent subject knowledge displayed throughout. Leanne made it very clear that ‘No question was a stupid question’ and provided explanations to tricky questions I had in both formal and informal contexts - This helped aide my understanding of the learning she was providing. After the training had concluded, Leanne made herself available to myself for further support and guidance which I greatly appreciated. It was a pleasure to work with Leanne and she is highly reccomended by myself.
