As Director of Communications for Sky Eye Measurement, Leanne brings passion, structure and creativity to the Sky Eye team. Leanne acts as a leader, strategist and collaborator. With over a decade of experience in corporate communications and marketing, Leanne pulls from that experience to create and direct internal and external corporate communications and marketing strategies. Working alongside Sector Leads and Senior Leadership, Leanne works to develop and oversee all marketing and communications strategy for CIMA+, while managing a team of 5 pursuits specialists and coordinators across Western Canada. Additional responsibilities include sector and region-specific marketing strategy, media strategy, social media management, internal and external corporate communications, creative directorship, high-level pursuits strategy and more.

Leanne brings enthusiasm, energy and creativity to Arrow's Corporate Leadership Team in her role as Manager, Marketing and Communications, and has been a part of the Arrow team since 2013. Leanne works to develop and manage all marketing and communications strategy for Arrow, including public relations, media relations, web design, social media management, video production, and all marketing and communications materials for Arrow's internal and external audiences.In addition to managing Marketing and Communications initiatives, Leanne is a key player in managing Arrow's Continuous Improvement program and is a certified Lean Green and Yellow belt. Leanne is passionate about corporate culture and plays an active role in nurturing and refining Arrow's award-winning culture along with Arrow's Leadership Team and Human Resources. In 2018, Leanne's work was recognized by the Zweig Group by way of two Marketing Excellence Awards.
