I worked with Leanna for several months on a Population Health Data Warehouse implementation project. Over that time period, I got to know Leanna really well as we worked together to bring out insights from claims, health registry and readmissions data and spread these insights to other teams throughout the organization. Leanna was very hard working, doing whatever it took to help with the solution delivery efforts. She made sure the tough issues got fixed with a level of resolve that is rare. She has impeccable systems analysis and project management skills to match her work ethic too. On top of all this, she is very personable and easy to work with. She was simply an excellent partner and will be an asset to any team who has the pleasure of working with her.

For the last two years, I was a customer and collaborator that relied heavily on Leanna’s expertise. As a customer, and when first introduced, Leanna demonstrated an admirable drive to assist me in my various needs for quality data and reporting. I quickly grew to appreciate her vast knowledge of Cerner’s HealtheIntent infrastructure, making her vital to the success of projects I oversaw on a consistent basis. Over time, as we became collaborators, she always showed respect and persistence to meet the needs of customers that we both serviced. On many occasions, Leanna has also established an ability to adapt to immediate changes in project plans, client needs and manager expectations. In the environment that we worked, these three forces were constant and usually mixed together.
