Diseño, implementación y soporte de casos de nivel 3. El rol consiste en idear soluciones de acuerdo con los requisitos de los clientes que cumplimenten con la intención que expresan en las reuniones, y, luego, armar los pliegos. Una vez recibido el equipo, se procede con la fase de implementación, consistente en la configuración e instalación de los equipos, con manos remotas, brindando asistencia guiada. Como último paso, la documentación de lo hecho, con imagenes, fotos y diagramas de topologías, es entregado al cliente a través de la realización de reuniones de skill transfer. El rol ocupado se centra en equipos Cisco (Routers, switches), aplicando y configurando tecnologías como SDWAN y Fortinet (Fortigate, Fortiswitch, FortiAP). As a network technician engineer at EY, I am in charge of maintaining the network infrastructure on thousands of offices located all around the world. During my time here, as a CCNA certified technician (And CCNP student) I´ve been working on installing, upgrading, maintaining and troubleshooting Cisco devices such as access and core switches (models 3750, 3850, 4500, 4900), routers (9300), Wireless LAN Controllers (Models AIR-CT250), Access Points, and WOCs (CX3070).Our job includes being in contact with different vendors for detecting, isolating, and addressing different issues that come up in the everyday as fast as the business requires, in order to guarantee the service availability.I have collected experience in deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting SDWAN technologies to the EY network as part of my scope of work.I have also worked on automation initiatives in my team by developing scripts coded in Python, using different kind of libraries that adjusted to our needs.
