Leandro was my manager during my time as Senior DevOps Engineer at honestbee. During that time I witnessed how he took on additional responsibilities and quickly developed to one of the most senior and respected leadership figures in the company. Always respectful and open-minded he put great effort into understanding the technical feedback he received from the team, even in fields he was not entirely familiar with. He was clearly communicating the business needs and constraints while remaining supportive of initiatives brought forward by the engineering team. Protecting his subordinates and greatly supporting their professional development he enjoyed a high degree of respect from the engineering team. He did not hold back critical feedback, which he always gave in a highly respectful and constructive manner. Leandro is putting a high value on a professional and inclusive working culture. With his matter-of-factly approach he was a great help mediating the inevitable conflicts that occur in a culturally diverse organization. Leandro has helped me greatly to advance in my personal and professional development. I am glad to have worked with such an experienced and supportive leader and I’d be happy to work with him again.

Leandro knows how to build a strong teach team (e.g he hired me! :)). He is a great leader.
