• Brief Projects, Hospitality and Events coordinators daily on day’s VIP events or activities. • Develop strong knowledge of facilities and services offered by the department, to effectively communicate the same to KHDA Projects and Agencies. • Procure hospitality services on behalf of Partners, as per requirements and information provided by management. • Prepare staff schedules and submit leave plan to Head of the department for approval. • Identify, negotiate and recommend a panel of service providers. • Troubleshooting of all operational issues which might arise on a day to day basis, within the department. • Only attend to department’s core-business – assistance to other departments will only be provided subject to the approval of the Head of department. • Negotiate special corporate rates i.e. hotels ( Not the preferred Hotels ), car hire companies, etc. • Conduct Meet and Greet Service to New Projects • Achieve all monthly targets / deadlines as set by Management, to ensure all objectives for the year are met. • Work within departmental budgets in efforts to save costs and generate revenue • Conduct training and workshop for all Hospitality and Events staff with regards to customer service satisfaction. • Prepare, Organize and Handle all KHDA internal and external events.
