  Nou Sereylakhena has more than 6-year experiences in the research industry. I graduated with a master’s degree majoring in Development Studies. I had been working in the research team before moving to current role at MSD. I have various experiences in project management, report writing, coordinating with project owners, presenting research results at all levels of meetings, fieldwork management, conducting key informant interviews and FGD, Arc GIS mapping, and quality check before submitting the report. Presently, I have been working at MSD as a Senior Research Executive since March 2021. In this position, I play a vital role in project management both qualitative and quantitative projects, such as writing reports, moderating in FGD and in-depth interview, assisting research manager in research design, coordinating with clients, and other valid tasks which are assigned by the research manager.
